My family has been using Wilderness Auto Service for 30 plus years, since Eric's father ran it. Multiple family members take their vehicles into them.
When it is the case that a part is bad, or something goes wrong several months later, they have immediately brought it back. They replaced the part at absolutely no charge and even did a couple of extra services as an apology.
They are extremely professional and cleanly. Wilderness Auto Service will get you in as soon as humanly possible. They stay late to finish the job, but they never make you feel as though they are doing too much for you. The follow through is great, and they go above and beyond for their customers.
If you have to wait, they often offer a complimentary beverage from their store. They keep in in constant contact, and if they have to do anything unexpected they let you know.
I now travel 3 hours to get to Wilderness Auto Service. We used to live close, but even though we moved, we continue to use them. I am on an island, so I have to take the ferry. I travel because of their service. They are very, very good.
