Management mistreats you and bills you for unexpected things.

everything about starters sucks, including the drunks, fights, and staff parties in the courtyard at 4am.
halls and grounds are shabby at best.
The parking people locked just about everyone out like deadbeats when management stopped forwarding our money to them like the lease agreement says.
Leave your car in the court yard and you will be instantly towed. Leave it in the garage and you might not get it out when they cut off your pass. Doors/fenders will be scratched by starters drunks.
You will become friends with several WSU policemen after bi-monthly need to contact them for problems like vandalism, bum harassment, or them coming to you because of noise from you talking in your living room is bothering the kid 3 doors down.
Stay away, save $200 a month and live down the street in nicer accommodations. I know im moving.
Pros: Nothing that you expect
Cons: Constant problems with everything.
