Dealing with this builder was a nightmare. Fortunately, we were constantly at the building site checking on stuff because they would have built about 50% of our custom-built home incorrectly. We had floor plans all planned out and approved but the General Contractor on site wasn't following them (there was obviously a communication breakdown between architect and GC) UNTIL he had things pointed out by us. This was just the beginning though ...
