we hired carmelo (who is the owner) to help renovate our office - he does not pay his workers, and then tells them we owe him money when we paid him in advance. he disappeared for weeks at times and would leave his workers to complete the job but they were not getting paid. he spent all the money we gave him before paying his people and we gave him a slight advance for another house project we had him do, and he did not finish, wanted more money, did not comply with our contract we signed, and disappeared. he owes us about $20,000 worth or work and/or cash. he is a thief. DO NOT hire him unless u want a headache
