Don't buy anything from the Chair King unless you don't need it until months and months from now. I ordered a furniture set and was told it would arrive in a month. Since that time, my order has been pushed back 3 times with no notice to me. And - I have had to call them if I wanted to know where my furniture is. When I complained that the delivery is taking too long, the representatives I spoke to could not have cared less. The salesperson even offered to cancel my order for me rather than deal with the issue at all. I wrote to the head office to try to get some answers since I could not get any locally and they never even responded to my email. I ordered this furniture for the summer and here I am halfway through the summer with still no clue when my furniture will arrive. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy based on the poor customer service and runaround - no answers policy that I have received.
