I bought a pair of shoes from this store and they broke 3 times. Each time I took the shoes back to get fixed, and they were rude, but still took the shoes back to repair them. After the third time I asked for my money back (they were breaking every time I wore them). They sent me on a wild goose chase of tracking down my original receipt for proof of purchase, and once I was able to do that, they refused to give me my money back, saying the best they could possibly do was a $50 store credit (as if that would be 1/3 of a shoe from that store). But the worst part was just how unbelievably rude they were. The manager- Sheryl, I believe- was unbelievably rude and condescending, basically accusing me of lying to her about even buying the shoes there (even though they were obviously from the store) until I showed her proof of purchase. She treated me like I was a piece of dirt and strung me along on a 2 month process while they ""reviewed"" my situation before denying me a refund. I wouldn't even mind about the money lost, I'm just so frustrated with the service and how rude the people are. Bottom line: your money is better spent elsewhere.
