Last summer, Carmine's Gourmet Market had a great deal where you could get an awesome dinner entree, sides and dessert for two people at $9.95. When I went in today, however, the price for the same amount of food was $15+. They directed me to the $9.95 options in the separate deli section: unappetizing fare that appeared to have occupied the heater trays all day. It looked like the deli section of Publix. Instead, I ended up choosing two lime-sized chicken meatballs for $8.99 so I could make spaghetti. \r
In general, Carmine's market food is good, but be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for it. There's better value elsewhere.
