I visited the doctor due to sensitivity to hot and cold food/drink. He did a full examination and rather than jumping to a worst case scenario and sending me for a root canal evaluation, he took a more conservative approach, gave helpful care instructions and gave me the option for a follow up exam if the condition continued.
