We've been here only a year and at the start of our contract the management assured us that the building we were in would remain a rental. LIARS!!! Do NOT trust what these people say. Now I am stuck paying moving costs after just 1 short year of living here. Such a pathetic place. On the other side-the pool/spa has been closed 99% of the time for "repairs", the office managers never answer the phones - EVEN WHEN YOU LEAVE REPEATED MESSAGES. I complained that the faucet repeatedly leaked and needed replacement seals (Less than a $3 replacement) and instead the faucet was "tightened" 3 days later-it's still leaking today. They "cleaned" the place-but left splatters of debree all over my front walkway that I had to clean myself. So-so sound proofing, I can't imagine how much worse this place will be once all the apartments are sold.
Pros: Great neighborhood
Cons: SHORT TERM RENTAL - PLANNING ON SELLING APARTMENTS
