So....there aren't that many places to go for ribs in the area. I tried this place out probably 5 years ago and was disappointed. I thought they were just having a bad night since i read great reviews online. Nonetheless, tonight I thought I'd give it a second try. For $14, i bought a half slab of ribs, with two sides, mac salad and potato salad. I had one rib, which was grisslie, hardly any meat on the bone, and it was tough. Isn't the meat suppose to fall off the bone? Who wants to fight with ribs. The potatoe salad was full of uncooked potatoes. The mac salad was full of sugar. Nothing like spending $14 on a meal and throwing it away. No wonder the place had more staff then patrons on a nice Saturday night. Grade: F
