Didn't keep appointment, didn't call while I sat around wasting an hour. When I called, they said their commercial customers came first, and I should have known they wouldn't be coming out (!) There was intermittent rain, but at appointment time it was clear. So I emailed to reschedule - so far they've just ignored me. From what other people say, it sounds like I'll have to go to one of their group sessions - but that was the reason I bought their service in the first place - I travel all the time and don't have time for that. If that's the case, this will be a total waste of money. My advice to companies: Don't do Groupons if you can't handle the volume of business you'll get. You're just making enemies, not customers.
Pros: Was cheap (Groupon)
Cons: Didn't get anything at all, poor customer service
