I called this office from another dental office to request some x-rays for a patient that was leaving their office. After the way I was spoken to, I can see exactly why the patient no longer wants to visit this office. The staff member had a huge attitude, like how dare I ask for x-ray copies!!! There is such a thing as professional courtesy which this office obviously knows nothing about. The people in this office need to learn the correct way to speak to people......that is why they have so many poor reviews. I am not surprised one bit!! Good luck to anyone who dares step foot in this office!!!!!!
