Do not shop at this store!!! You might see a decent price here but it will cost you more in the end. ?I had problems with the sofa I purchased. The sales staff was rude and did not want to be bothered, ended up having to take the problem to upper management. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. They will not return your call, if you are lucky enough to reach them they will hang up on you. The rudest most ignorant bunch I have ever encountered. If you make the mistake of purchasing something at AL'S remember once it leaves their store it's yours and any problems you have with the item is yours as well. Additionally, warranties mean nothing here, so don't count on that either. ?The excellent service comment I see here only applies if you have your checkbook or credit card out and are making a purchase. After that you do not exist.
