I used this company once in 2006 to service my hood system and found them to be overprice. I switched to a different company and everything was going well. R & T hood constantly call the restaurant trying to schedule a return service I let them know I was using a different company. Now in 2010 they called daily trying to get authorization to come service our system. I told them no then one morning they just came and did the service without talking to me ( the other stickers were current from AAA) and got my cook to sign the receipt for service. I called them right away and told them they were not authorized to service my equipment. They keep sending a bill and now are going to send it to collections. I've talked to other business that have told me the same thing. Don't trust R & T hood and duct! Scammers!!!
