We visit this store after church. I give up, we won't be back. It has become the norm for them to be completely out of various bagels (including plain) by 11 am on a Sunday. Tough luck if you go to a later service. They don't even have any 'in the back' to bake up fresh. The stock planning is horrible. Also, their method of ringing up and then distributing product stinks. They often are down to one or two muffins/muffies by 11 am. I'll order the remaining for my child... and it is not uncommon for the next person in line to go to another cashier - order the same thing, and then they get it because the person filling our order is slow. This after already paying for it. Originally I chalked it up to just one person, then a fluke, but now - I've reached my disgusted level.
They rarely have simple things like plain bagels after 11am on Sunday. And don't seem organized in what they have and don't have in their stock.
This has really gone down hill in the last year.
