I originally purchased my dress from another local bridal store that is a chain. They never called ot inform me that my dress was in- they sent me an email which I never checked. Two weeks before my wedding I go to pick up my dress and it doesn't fit. Why? because every time I was there they never measured me and guessed what size I would be. Two weeks before my wedding and standing there crying in a dress that didn't fit me they refused to take responsibility and did not offer any type of help but to refund my money.
Pros: Extremely helpful, concerned & perfection
Cons: Nothing at all
