They didn't have the motorhome I reserved ready in time and I was forced to take my entire family on a very long vacation in my pickup instead of a motorhome. Then they refused to refund the $500 deposit. I called the NV office and they said that they ""couldn't help."" I tried for over a month to get my money back but they were able to outright steal it from me. Do NOT do business with these ""people.""
