I have had soooo many bad experiences with yellow Cab of Pittsburgh. I have tried to email the owner, he's horrible and has no customer service skills or concerns. I gave specific details, and all he did was refut everything, not one apology that i been doubled billed using that new mobile bill and had been stood up with confirmation 4 times in one morning, which i had text confirmations etc - i finally got a cab and the back seat actually fell out!! you could take the same cab 1 miles all on the same route and be gouged 8 out of 10 times. More than 3/4 of the cab smell of smoke and left over food. Most driver have poor customer skills and are rude ( yes ocassionally u will find a good one ) Pittsburgh definitley needs more than just the dominating poorly run yellow cab. Pittsburgh should do more regulating on the Yellow Cab Business.... So yes like 98 % of the other post they suck!!! if you have to use them good luck and bring running shoes just incase you get stood up.. Cons: Bad Management Service more
