To the people who complain that the food is bland........Thats what the salsas are for. As someone who has lived in Mexico.............this is REAL Mexican food, not the crap thats spiced up for the tourista's . There is nothing that will ruin my night faster, than food that is so ""pica"" that all you taste is the heat. New Mexico food is hot, so is some Mexican food from the southern states in Mexico. most is not.
