often they have been able to deliver our food in 30 min or less. despite the 1 hour window. many things contribute to this.. 5 o clock traffic is a nightmare, anywhere in richmond and possibly many places in this world.. I very much appreciate them being able to get me my food, instead of me being stuck in traffic or waiting at a busy restaurant myself..
The food has always been hot when it was supposed to be, and all items were accounted for. often the driver would stand by to be sure i am happy before running off... if in the rare event that something was not right, they either gave me credit for my next order or corrected it on the spot.. and quickly went back to the restaurant for me, and made sure it was correct.
thank you takeout taxi for being there, and providing excellent services..
Pros: prompt, friendly eager to make you happy
Cons: some resturants can be pricey, ask for good deals.
