A buddy and I visited this place on a Tuesday night (5/4/10), which is their $12 Steak special day. At first, we had a kind waitress stop by and got our drink order when we waited for about 4 minutes after we sat down. Althoug she was not our waitress, she was nice enough to take the drink order for our assigned waitress. Our assigned waitress seemed....stressed, but the place was not very crowded (yet), because we got there right about 7. So then we got our drinks, after 10 minutes, I had to get our waitress to get our steak order. She gives us this paper to fill out the order, took her a long time to come back to pick up the form, so I had to walk up to her to give it to her. All in all, it took 1 hour for our food to come out, and in between she never stopped by to ask if we wanted something else to drink or give us a status on the food. So when the food came out, it wasn't great, besides the baked potato. They even forgot to put on our salad dressing. Steak was ok for me, but my buddy barely touched his. So even when we finished eating, which didn't take too long. It took forever for her to stop by to give us our check....so I had to go to her to get the check. Granted the place was not too "packed", it was busy, with only 3 waitresses for a hole in the wall type of bar, because of the service and experience, I give it 1 star and probably will not visit again any time soon. Maybe in a year I'll give this place another chance.
