I went to Polo Salon & Spa for a cut and style. However, when I arrived I noticed several customers with great highlights, lowlights and even third colors as special effects blended together with precision like I have not seem before. While waiting I decided to consult with Ms Felicia about doing my highlights. The finished product was superb. After many years at other high end salons I have now settled on Felicia at Polo Salon. She's a wonderful professional whose training, I learned, goes from Helena Rubenstein in her home country of Peru to fine stylists in Paris and New York including Vidal Sasoon and Rusk. This lady has really devoted herself to this profession - and it shows. I thanked my friend who recommended Polo and even scheduled my facial for next week.
