I have had a hard time finding a groomer that knew what a bouvier was, and this store did. they took there time and gave her the breed cut that i asked for. the grooming staff is all new and they are so awesome and so very helpful. I also have a very shy border collie mix, and they have taken there time to make sure that she is taken care of and very relaxed. the salon manager and her groomer as well are very knowledgeable about grooming and the store or anything that i might need.
