Had an emerg leak today at our condos. Plmb co we usually call couldn't come til on OT hrs so I called others. Found that Roto-Rooter could send someone soon n would bill our Mgmt Co. What a relief! Bill came very quickly and was thorough, worked hard, n knew his stuff! Found a new Plumbing Co today. Will be sure to call Bill & Roto-Rooters from now on! Found out he's local and wants to work to get paid, how refreshing. Brought all his tools on 1st trip, didn't have to keep running out to truck or back to shop-Yeah! Thanks!!
