I was seating at the end of the sushi bar and watching the sushi chef cutting the fish suddently the fillet of salmon fell on the floor and so the chef pick it up used his bare hand and rubbed off the dirt or something and then he keep on cutting it .Ohooo...you should have been there to know what i'm talking about...then the mexican guy from the kitchen walks in with his hand full of used wasabi n ginger,he tossed it back at the tray,so i call the chinese guy who said his name is EVAN THE BOSS, and i told him about what i saw and he said don't worry your tap is on me.i just walk out and never never never to return to this so call excellent joint again.
