They are very helpfull and easy to deal with MUCH better than the dealer. My wifes BMW had some issues that the dealer couldn't seem to fix right Eurozone did on the first try.\r

Parts take time to come in etc. and it is a BMW, it has over 125k on it so far and still going like the first day we got it, if it takes 3 months to fix her car then it takes 3 months to fix thats how much I trust them.\r

I trust them completely the bills have always been less expensive than the dealer quoted. These are specialized european cars and need slightly different things than the everyday car.
