I found them to be very cold and unhelpful with their information. I could not get good information from the doctor as to proceedures and what they specifically were and what they might cost. It was like it was inconvenient for them to see me. And there is a consultation fee so...it just wasn't where I want to entrust my skin or feel about the peopl e""helping"" me.
