Came in with a fat lip and a piercing that fell out. Couldn't reach my ""piercer"", J-me, at Anger Management (St. Paul). Shoved the post in backward to keep it open, covered with a bandaid, and walked in. Was treated so kindly and professionally, I was blown away. Found the exact right size stud, gently placed it, and undercharged me ridiculously. My fat lip turned into a FAT TIP.
