I went into City Lights to look for outdoor lighting. I told the salesman that I didn't want Kichler lighting because I had a bad experience with their lights and customer service and I wouldn't purchase anything from Kichler again. I didn't even purchase those lights from City Lights but the salesman took my name and number and he contacted the Kichler rep. for me. The Kichler rep. took my information and he said he would get back to me in a day or so. I don't know howthe problem will end up with Kichler yet, but I sure was impressed with City Lights.
