The owners of this store have clearly built a reputation on their excellent customer service, vast experience and their honesty and integrity. Unfortunately, you don't see many businesses run this way anymore so I really appreciate that they are still around. That's why I took the time to write this review. The store is very nice and in a very nice neighborhood too with easy parking. Best of all when you walk in you can rest assured that you will be treated in a respectful and friendly manner and will not be ripped off. I'm so glad that I finally found a jewelry and watch repair service in the area that I can trust my treasured pieces with.
