You can really tell which comments were made by employees. I have a long and terrible story, but won't share because they still have to fix some things. The girls are hot and friendly, the equipment seems nice, however, the other day I waited for an hour an a half. What is the point of an appointment? You have my phone number...call if you are running late. They ran so late, they ended up not having time to even fit me in to their schedule...what the hell? After reading some of these other posts, I'm inclined to think that some of the work I've had done either wasn't necessary, or only became so because of their mistakes.\r
Do avoid anything more than a "cleaning". Make sure it isn't the "deep cleaning", it's a couple hundred extra.
