1) installers late, did not finish the first day after staying till after 10 p.m. \r
2) no one from store came to actually look at installation.\r
3) one room has double tack strips and although i mentioned tis to my sells rep. no action has been taken ( double strips to hold carpet because cut to short ) \r
4) pad not tapped at seams ( also mentioned )\r
and finally # 5 ) I over paid company by 50 dollars, and as soon as they saw the mistake they contacted me and issued a check, which was lost ( thrown away ) in the confusion of moving things back, when i contacted the company they told me that i would have to pay for a stop payment of 28 dollars and wait for a second check to be issued so in all i would get a 22 dollar refund and an installation of less than satisfactory .
Cons: not a person friendly store
