ALERT: Wilshire Homes had closed down its Houston Division and filed Chapter 7 bancruptcy in federal court. Even though they are still in business in San Antonio and Austin, future home-buyers and customers in these cities should be aware, they have been extremely poor in responding to warranty services and support. They have a tendency to drag. They have not been in good faith to fix things up for home owners after purchase. Once they declare bancruptcy like they did in Houston, you will be stuck with all the deficiencies.\r
