It only took two appointments with Suzy to realize that she does not have the skills (professional organization,awareness of her patients time and empathy) to be an effective therapist. She kept me waiting 20 minutes for my first appointment (which was first thing in the morning) and then did not show up for the 2nd appointment at all.
