I took my computer to the Geek Squad for some new software and a ram memory increase. When I got it back they had neglected to install the new ram. I took the computer back to them immediately and told them what the problem was. The manager did not believe me that they forgot to add them ram and asked me if I had just removed it in attempt to get something free from him. I was so insulted that he would accuse me of theft when the mistake was created by his service. I got so bad I called my dad to come help me with this tool. When my dad arrived he had already called security to escort us out. And we were told that if we came back they would press charges. So now my dad is taking legal action for their theft of my money and not providing the ram that I was sold. After that we took the computer secure remote support and had them add the ram. Plus they showed me how to do it incase I needed it done again in the future. I will NEVER TRUST THE GEEK SQUAD AGAIN.
