We have used Bill Higgins twice (one interior and one exterior) and have been very happy both times. He always checks with us to make sure we are happy and satisfied with the work, does a neat job and works quickly. We are happy to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a painting contractor, and will be using him again shortly for another job.
