Patriot originally replaced our roof a few years ago. When we experienced some leaking, after prolonged snow/ice earlier this year, we called and explained that to them. Mike, a company representative, came out and looked at it and said he would come back when the weather was better. Well, when the weather was better, I called to remind him. My husband and I have called various times and left message to no avail. To this date, we've not hear a word from anyone at Patriot. I cannot believe they don't have the courtesy to return our calls. I will talk them down to everyone I know. I hope they read this.
