I knew next to nothing about diamonds or engagement rings when I decided to surprise my girlfriend by proposing. On my first visit, Isaac patiently educated me on what to look for in a diamond (the 4 c's). I looked at a few other jewelers, but none made me feel as comfortable as Isaac. The deciding factor for me was that Isaac steered me towards diamonds that were excellent values, whereas I felt that other jewelers were steering me towards diamonds at the upper end of my budget. I ended up with a ring that my girlfriend loves and we plan to go back to dimend SCAASI for our wedding bands.
