A few weeks ago I got the idea to take the VIA bus and bike to work. On A Saturday I stopped by this shop recommended to me by a friend and spoke to Katherine. Simply put, Wal-Mart or you, why should I come here? She took the time to explain to me what the store had to offer and how they cater to their clients. At the time I decided to walk away and check out used bikes. I bought a used bike at a pawn shop for $50, but because of her helpfulness I went back to Cycle Logic for some parts. She recognized me, asked me how I did, and when I fessed up that I went to a pawn shop, she told me that she was going to recommend that avenue of thought. She didn't laugh me out of the store, and helped me with tires, tubes, patch kits, etc. By the time I bought what I needed, I could have bought one of their used bikes. A few weeks later while home sick, I went back thinking I wanted to get new rims for a bike that was quite a few years old. I spoke with Allen, told him how I obtained the bike, bought parts from his store, and wanted to replace the rims. No way he said, bring it in, we'll look at it, did you ever hear of truing a wheel? I made one mistake already, I wasn't going to do it again. The bike is currently in the shop being tuned up and Cycle Logic has me for a customer. They are great with their customers, really want you to be part of their family, and have everything you could possibly want in bike supplies, parts, and most of all, advice, without making you feel stupid. They really want you to come back! Their hours are great, just be careful on Saturdays, they are busy!!!!!!
