I know of tenants who were without heat in October for several weeks before they fixed it. I know of at least four apartments with major leaks that have never gotten fixed. Staff can be rude, argumentative, talks trash about some tenants to other tenants and shares their confidential information. Some tenants have tested positive for mold in their apartments. Walls are extremely thin.
