Ciana is tucked away in downtown Los Altos. It's not what I would consider a day spa, as there's no changing area or other spa amenities / facilities. The customers change in their treatment rooms. The minuses are the lack of amenities and sometimes you can hear sounds from the neighboring businesses. Also, the massages over the years have been very hit or miss. The pluses are that they use Aveda products and for facials, Jody is EXCELLENT. I've been going to her for my facials for about a decade and she is consistently great. She provides relaxing face massages and her extractions are thorough and I leave mark free (unlike other facials, where I've left with red marks all over my face!). I also think the pricing is moderate and I love supporting a local business. :)
