Throckmorton's not only offers great deals on repair but has excellent customer service. Every time I go in there I am always greeted with a smile and friendly hello. Mr. Throckmorton takes time to look over my repairs and tell me just about exactly what needs to be done and about how much it will cost. The cost is always reasonable and the best I've found in Austin so far! The turnaround time is not bad either...most repair shops I've been to in town usually take more than 3 weeks to fix my things! Also, I've never had to take something fixed at Throckmorton's back for another repair. Overall, I firmly believe Throckmorton's in the place people should take their repairs!
