I took my laptop in with a virus.
I paid and arm and a leg to have it removed.
I got my computer back.
The the SAME VIRUS still in tact.
Never again will I trust these guys with a computer of mine.
I found a company called Secure Remote Support and they have since taken care of all my computer needs when it had to be serviced,
SecureRemoteSupport(dot-com) is HIGHLY reccomended.

Cons: Terrible "repairs"
