I was referred to Julie (who happens to be the owner's daughter).. I went to have my hair colored & highlights put in. She informed me I needed a color correction, but didn't tell me how much that would cost.. She did exactly the same thing that my last stlyist did, but called it something different & charged $80 more..
When I went to pay, she said it is $200 ( that didn't even include a hair cut & I was only in the salon for 1 1/2 hrs)..
My hair looked no different than it did when I walked in the door.. Not one friend could tell that I had just had a color & highlights done, which was discouraging since I had just spent over $200 on it.
I will not be going back there & recommend you don't either !!
I called to complain to the owner. You'd think she'd offer to refund some of my money since I wasn't happy. But, SHE DIDN'T !!!
