Several years ago Dr. Rodriguez suggested surgically removing a growth on my dogs eye but because of his age he didn't recommend removing many tumors on his neck since they weren't cancerous but mostly because he felt it would be too risky of a surgery since he was 13 years old. I set up the surgery for his eye and when I picked him up they scooted him out, he couldn't walk so they loaded him into the back of my car. At this point I was shocked that he was so out of it so when I went to pet him I felt something sharp under his neck and was shocked.....Dr. Rodriguez performed the surgery he himself didn't recommend. He said he didn't remember and was sorry and blamed it on the stress he had been going through at that time. Now at home several hours later that night my dog is not snapping out of the drugs nor able to stand on his own and I'm frantically on the phone with another hospital which was instructing me to shove a turkey baster filled with water down my dogs throat to get my dog
