My co-workers and I had lunch at Parizade on 2/10/10 and it was enough to ensure I will never go back. We arrived and it took 10 minutes to order drinks, another 10 for them to actually arrive and then the waitress vanished for another 10 minutes. Even though this was during the lunch rush, their were not a lot of people in the restaurant and there were a number of staff members walking around. So, thirty minutes in and we still have not ordered. After our food was ordered it sat in the window long enough for all of the soups to be cold. Our orders were not correct and it took two attempts at getting someone over to the table to get it corrected. \r

The waitress sat our food down at the table, turned and left without asking if anyone needed anything, she never refilled any drinks and never asked if orders were correct. At the end of the meal she said their was a problem in the kitchen and that was what caused the delay...odd considering I saw the plates just sitting on the kitchen ledge waiting for someone to actually deliver them to the table.\r

The manager also came over and said their were problems in the kitchen, but I just have a hard time believing that when tables all around us did not seem to have any issues with getting their drinks refilled or food in a timely manner. \r

Dessert was offered on the house as compensation, and that was disappointing as well.\r
