Beware of store! I think best bet is to buy phones directly from verizon's web site. My phone was periodically buggy, and I brought to store to exchange for the same phone within the 30 day exchange period (policy did not specify any limitations on exchanging phone). They wouldn't let me exchange it because they said they couldn't replicate the problems at that moment (though they couldn't even get the battery out of the phone, so how could they tell whether it worked or not?), and they didn't want to lose money from having to return the phone. Manager was actually yelling at me. When I pointed out the receipt said I could exchange within 30 days, he said he didn't care what receipt said, he was the manager and he could do what he wanted. Miserable experience, please save yourself the trouble and avoid at all costs. Pros: location, great way to waste a saturday Cons: rude to customer, promises about exchange policy not kept more
