My experience went from good and pleasant to bad and uncomfortable. Ordered some window treatments, and the sales lady was all nice to us and very accommodating. Then we learned they lost our order but did not tell us. We waited and waited without learning what happened. The only way we found out after many weeks was for us to calll THEM. Funny how the sales lady was not as diligent about returning our call, but was beforehand while she was completing our transaction and paperwork. Really reminded me of buying a car when the car salesman is all nice to you, but when you call with a concern, they don't return your call so readily. Anyway, after many months, we got it all straightened out. I would not go back to patronize their business. There are many other great companies and businesses to order from.
