The dealership is probably fine, just avoid the salesman named ""Mike."" We went to get some specifics about a Volvo and he let us sit there for 2 hours while he pretended to be getting that information. He kept leaving us for 10-15 min intervals and then coming back with little pitches for a car we weren't even there for (""Would you do $x for that Acura?""). He said his manager was really busy, but when we finally said we had to leave, we noticed that the manager was leisurely hanging out in the Acura dealership lobby (next door). On our way home, Mike called our cell with the info we had originally wanted. Too late!
