I am extremely impressed by the fact that this has been a family owned business for more than 30 years. You will deal with a member of the family when you get an estimate. And they stand behind everything they sell! From the annual inspections, free of charge, to the actual work done this is a top-notch company. I heartily endorse these folks at WISN, not because I'm paid to do it, but because they are the real deal! Frank and Joe (Father and son) are the best by far of the many roofers I dealt with looking for an estimate. Their price was extremely reasonable and the warranty they offer was by far the best of ALL the folks I had estimate my roof job. You owe it to yourself to at least put these guys in the running. Get an estimate from them! Beware of the low-ball estimates, make sure the roofer is certified so you get the full warranty! Tri-County is fully certified with all of the major shingle companies, so a 30 year warranty is 30 years... not just 5 as you'd get with a non-certified installation that might be cheaper! PLUS the warranty can be transferred on a lifetime shingle job...transferred for a full 20 years! this is something most don't allow! You want the best? Tri County Roofing is the answer!
